The Secret Of LOVE.

“He who loves is patient, can wait, his heart is wide open to others. He is helpful, full of goodness and kindness, he seeks to be constructive to others.

True love is not possessive, it is not selfish, it is free from envy, it does not know jealousy.

When you love, you do not value yourself, you do not act presumptuously. Whoever acts with pride is not inspired by love.

Love is also honest and tactful. Love is polite and avoid to hurt or offend others, it is not disdainful.

Love does not act lightly or commits indecent acts.

Love does not seek its own interest or insists on its rights.

Love is not irritable, it is not susceptible.

When we love, we do not meditate evil against others and we do not suspect it into them. If wronged, we do not keep grudges. Love does not remember wrongs done against it.

Love is never happy when others do wrong, but it is always happy with the truth.  Love never gives up on people.

It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits. Love suffers, endures and forgives others.

Love will not end … “

Love In Pink!

I remember all those Valentine’s days we celebrated together with my Marc. Each celebration was something different, but always retained the magic of this special day!

The most memorable Valentine’s Day was in 2010 when we were in Burkina Faso (West Africa). That morning, February 14, 2010, we discovered our courtyard covered of pink flowers. It was magical even for our children (I mean two of them: Dara and Michael)

This year, our Valentine’s celebration will be magical as well: snow-covered, with -5°C to -10°C according to Edmonton weather’s broadcast. It will also be special because my husband has to work that day from 5 pm to 1 am. Do you follow me, if our love does not keep his magic every day, what different will make a Valentine’s Day celebration?

Let’s be positive: if I can not get magic of love this February 14, 2014 between 5 pm and 1 am, my heart is still full of love to share with those around me who lack it everyday. Come on, you, all my friends and our Adventure fellows, Happy Valentine’s Day! We love you!

What would you do in this situation?

I red this interesting article and I would like to share with you.

A company that recruited staff asked the following question to almost 200 candidates (both male and female) also asked them a written response:

Back at home, in your sports car, in the middle of a terrible storm, you pass a bus stop and you see three people:

a) An elderly lady seriously ill and dying if she doesn’t reach the hospital in time.

b) A doctor, a good friend to you who saved your life a few years ago.

c) The most beautiful being you’ve ever had chance to meet, the person you’ve always dreamed of and with which you would be willing to spend the rest of your life.

As your car is kind of sport, you can only bring a passenger.

What would you do?

a) The life of the elderly lady is in danger
b) The doctor who saved your life, you could always reward him one way or another.
c) But, how to not lose that perfect love?

200 candidates, only  one got the job, and you will find his answer below.

But first, consider what YOU would do if you were in this situation and then compare your answer with that of the only person who has been engaged by the company.

Here is the answer of the only person who has made an excellent choice:

“I will give my car’s keys to the doctor to take the old lady to the hospital and I will wait for the bus with the person of my dreams”

In this holiday season, everyone wants to have fun with gifts, beautiful clothes and unbeatable decorations. But, let’s be attentive to those around us who may just need a smile, a gesture of attention, a word of love and peace!
